Cancelation Policy
Please Call, Text or E-mail me
72 hours before departure = refund
Lighting in the area, Heavy Rain 1/2 inch per hour and/or Winds sustained over 20 MPH = refund (boat can not go out)
If bad weather occurs during your time on the water, we will call you back to the marina and prorate the time you have used.
Captain Shawn reserves the right to end rental at any time due to weather or boaters unsafe behavior.
