Thank you for a fantastic 2026 Boating season. We are now closed until Spring of 2027, but look forward to seeing you all again then! As always, we will be providing everything you need for a hassle-free day.

Explore the Area: Navigate our scenic, five-lake chain* and discover all the local wonders. Enjoy day camping, explore mini portages, or take a break to visit fantastic local shops and restaurants.
(Note: Full access to the five-lake chain is subject to current water levels).
Limited parking is available in our lot next to the dock.
Cancellation & Weather Policy

Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure time are eligible for a full refund.

Pre-Departure Weather Cancellations: For the safety of our guests, rentals will be canceled and fully refunded if hazardous weather conditions are present at the time of departure. These conditions are strictly defined as local lightning, heavy rainfall exceeding 0.5 inches per hour, or sustained winds exceeding 20 MPH.

Active Rental Weather Recalls: In the event that severe weather develops while a vessel is on the water, our staff will contact you and issue a mandatory recall to the dock. Guests will receive a prorated credit for the unused portion of their rental time, which may be applied toward a future booking.

Right of Termination: Captain Shawn’s Rentals reserves the right to terminate any rental agreement at any time. This includes immediate termination without refund if a renter exhibits unsafe behavior, violates boating regulations, or fails to comply with staff instructions.
